This storyline was conceived due to the release of a special BIONICLE set of Tahu and Takua made out of LEGO bricks for the 22nd anniversary of the toyline, though only the former is relevant.
Syp The Mighty and iDs5621 once again reprise their respective roles as Tahu and Onua/Kopaka from Toa in Quarantine, though Syp steps down from her other Toa roles.
As of this storyline, Aagerds is now the voice of Lewa starting with Bricked while Ella Rhee and EthanChaotic have been cast to inherit the roles of Gali and Pohatu.
Both Ella Rhee and EthanChaotic also voice characters in Syp's machimima series Guard Duty, with Ella Rhee voicing one of its main characters.
While only becoming a storyline after Bricked directly followed Tribute, Syp is now planning four more episodes to follow Bricked that will conclude The Brick Tahu Saga.
This episode introduces several BIONICLE characters, including Takua, Nuparu, and Orkahm. Syp intends to introduce Jaller (voiced by Xanthe Folan), Matoro (voiced by Jax Beetle), Kongu (voiced by Intro-Mind), Hahli (voiced by HezArt1), and Hewkii (voiced by Blankslate_GG) in future episodes, with Syp using The Brick Tahu Saga to reacquaint herself with stop-motion animating.
