Later in life, Kopaka receives a phone call from Onua during Bonding that leads to him meeting up with him and Tahu at a local pub when Kopaka takes notice of Onua's roommates on the news. As a result, Onua abruptly leaves, leading Kopaka to suggest going to a strip club to Tahu to which Tahu excitedly agrees.

- He is based on the BIONICLE character of the same name, though his personality greatly differs in Misguided to the point of only sharing aesthetics with the original character in that series.
- After Misguided and Toa in Quarantine used his official set design, he was given a slight redesign in Bricked.
- While primarily voiced by TheiDsStudios since Episode 1, Kopaka was briefly voiced by ChickenBond2 in Bonding.
