Gali is the Toa of Water who appears in Toa in Quarantine, originally voiced by Syp The Mighty and later Ella Rhee.

She is based on the BIONICLE character of the same name.
While she was voiced by Syp The Mighty in Toa in Quarantine, Ella Rhee will inherit the role for The Brick Tahu Saga.
She is the only member of the original Toa from BIONICLE who did not appear nor was mentioned in Misguided and BionicDudes.
