Role in Plot

Events of The Shadowplayer Show

In Heroist, Shadowplayer is seen working for Zeta as she turns away Hero Factory Man. Later, in Mocha Loca, Shadowplayer attends a house party as Vexus encourages her to ask Zeta out on a date before it was derailed by Ganon. She later appears in Shadowplayer's Mad, attacking someone for making videos that weren't stop-motion animated. She does the same thing in Shadowplayer's Mad: Part II, even angrier this time.

Trivia

  • She almost appeared in Misguided Bits, with an episode entitled Christmas Fight? that also featured Zye.
  • Despite being its title character, she only appears in four episodes of The Shadowplayer Show.
  • Her depiction in Mocha Loca was the basis for Espee Tronic, a character in Syp The Mighty's original webcomic CLEG. Espee's name is a phonetic of "SP", the acronym for Shadowplayer.
    • A character named Espee with the same mask as Shadowplayer appears in iDs5621's series The Misadventures of Onipex and Pals, also voiced by Syp with varying voice portrayals.
  • She was considered male in her debut appearances, with Syp only retroactively considering the character female upon her own transition in real life.
