Mata Nui
Mata Nui is a tropical island located on a water planet in a time before time, inhabited by Matoran. It is the main setting of Toa in Quarantine and The Brick Tahu Saga, introduced in the former.

Kini Nui
The center of the island, where the Toa from the six tribes can meet together in secret. It is here that Tahu led his Toa team to quarantine within during Toa in Quarantine.
Ta-Koro
The fire region and home to the Fire Tribe, led by Turaga Vakama. It first appears in Teaser, when Vakama tasks Tahu with placing his Toa team under quarantine from a virus outbreak. Its beach later appears in Tribute, with Tahu and Kopaka in conversation before being approached by Takua with news of a new creation from Nuparu.

Ko-Koro
The ice region and home to the Ice Tribe. It first appears in Episode 3, when Kopaka retreats to its largest mountain in an attempt to avoid quarantining with his fellow Toa warriors.

The air region and home to the Air Tribe. It first appears in Bricked, when Lewa introduces Brick-Tahu to a disinterested Kopaka.

Po-Koro
The stone region and home to the Stone Tribe. It has yet to appear in the series, though one of its inhabitants does appear in Episode 5 to trick the Toa into leaving Kini Nui.

The earth region and home to the Earth Tribe. It first appears in Tribute, when Nuparu feeling a sense of anger from a distance while working on a Boxor vehicle.
